The Employment and Skills Status Report provides an assessment of employment and skills development performance for Uganda. The NDPIII required the National Planning Authority (NPA) to produce a National Employment and Skills Status Report (ESSR) to keep track of the number of jobs created/lost as well as skills developed during the plan period.
